Product Info:
Barramundi or Asian Sea Bass is a typical white fish that is served in Chinese restaurants. This fish is also known as 金目鲈 jin mu lu (in Chinese), kim bak lor (in Hokkien) and ikan siakap (in Malay)

Our Seabass are farmed in our seawater with latest farming technology to ensure the fish growing movement and delicate taste and texture. all our fish food are tested and approved by authorities and 100% safe and healthy for consumption.

What makes it unique:
Well-known American doctor Dr Mehmet Oz has declared Sea bass as “one of the top 5 superfoods”. Not only is Barramundi low in fat, rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, and high in protein, it is also a good source of essential vitamins and minerals that support our immune, cardiovascular and nervous systems.

While Sea bass has about the same amount of Omega-3 as salmon, it has nearly half the number of calories. This makes it a lean protein source for those looking to make healthier choices.

What it’s used in:
Sea bass is a white fish that has a mild delicate flavor with a subtle sweetness that is similar to grouper or cod. The flesh is moist, buttery, and tender, with firm medium-sized flakes like haddock. Sea bass is an excellent choice for people with a sensitive palate that don't enjoy “fishy tasting” seafood

Sea bass is a nutritious, versatile and extremely yummy fish. The white meat is light, flaky and delicious, and works well in a variety of dishes, such as this Chinese Salt & Pepper Barramundi Fish and Barramundi Fillets with Homemade Soy Ginger Sauce.

Delivery
1. Delivery every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 12-5pm. Please leave a remark on your preferred date of delivery upon checking out.
2. Due to the nature of our products, please ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery. Should there be no one, the couriers will have to leave the items at your doorstep.
3. We are not able to accept refunds/returns after delivery.

Packing:
1. Live Fish are packed in a bag pumped with oxygen.
2. Live Prawns, Fresh Seafood and other Frozen Seafood will be packed in ice to maximum freshness.
3. These products will then be placed in our icebox on the day of delivery.
4. Live Crabs will be packed in carrier bags, separate from icebox.
