Shipping & Delivery
Delivery costs are based on the size and weight of the products ordered. Exact shipping costs are calculated and added to the order total at checkout. Orders are typically shipped via Qxpress within 2 to 3 working days from payment date. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
We strongly recommend that you provide a reliable address, as Rezen is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. If you require any changes to your address, we can do so only before the order is shipped.

Returns & Exchange
We inspect our products thoroughly before shipment. Should the item you received is damaged, or not the one you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com or via the live chat icon with your order number, reason for return and evidence/photos(if applicable) of any product faults. We will assess and investigate before an exchange.
